Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

This came after about two weeks, maybe less, and is better quality than the backpacks my high school provided us with. It is about average size, maybe a little small, but I'm only going to one class this year in person anyways. It came with these cute pins, and two keychain things. For some reason the package included this double-sided square paper. Either way, this has really good pockets. There's a separate one for a laptop, and there's even a pocket on the side of the bag that is closest to the wearer's back. I am in love with this backpack.

SO CUTE it’s perfect for school! Just a warning, your phone won’t fit in the very back pocket (the one next to arm straps) if you have a iPhone 11 Pro Max with a big case anyways all the pockets are handy and lots of storage. I decorated mine to make it more like me! And it came early! It’s perfect thank you!

So cute good condition and very nice size. Bigger than my 10.9 inch tablet by a lot. Roomy fits a good amount of things and extends to my 20oz water bottle. So cute would recommend.

It's cute! To be honest, I didn't really check any of the reviews first or the description, so I didn't know they added the pins and little bear plush along with it. It's pretty big too and will fit most of my things that I will need, also the little transparent parts of the backpack are great! Now, I can put some of my silly little plushies in them, haha.
